1.) if tree removal is a confirmed part of your project, please upload a representation of the work done via shade report/imagery.

2.) Please upload a clear copy of the customers utility bill, if no utility bill was provided, explain further in notes section.

3.) Please upload a final shade report/design that accurately represents the final shade/tilt/azimuth/panel count of the project being installed.

4.) Upload a document that shows the final layout of the job, including panel placement, module type, & module count.

5.) Will your site survey be made virtually? Or does it require a site visit?
